About CNP Century National Properties, Inc. is the owner of Rossmoor Center and developer of The Shops at Rossmoor. Based in Santa Monica, CA, CNP is a family owned and operated business that has been a part of the community since 1983, when we first acquired Rossmoor Center. Rossmoor Center is CNP’s one and only shopping center. We are heavily investing in the infrastructure, look and feel of our center.
